Australian Paranormal Investigators
use scientific equipment to determine if you
are having paranormal activity at your home or place of business. We
try to eliminate all possible explanations by measuring electromagnetic
fields, fluctuations in temperature and density, checking heating,
plumbing, and electrical problems, and making audio and video recordings
of the areas or rooms with the most activity. We do not have any
psychics or mediums on our team, but may use them from time to time. We
only use them as a guidance tool and never document their experiences as
evidence.
CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY
We understand that dealing with paranormal activity is a very
sensitive subject and we always respect client confidentiality and
privacy. We will never disclose your name, location, pictures, or
evidence to our website or any persons outside of our team without
prior permission.
BEFORE THE INVESTIGATION:
If you would like us
to investigate your property, send us an
email explaining the activity that is going on. The "Contact Us" page
will help you with information that will be of use to us.
Once we have received your email, you will receive a phone call from our Case Manager to set up a time to meet with you. This is
a time for us to get to know you, the size of the area, and the type of
activity that is occurring. We will have a list of questions that we will be asking, some
of which are somewhat personal. Please feel free to only answer the
questions you are comfortable with. After this is done, we will find a
date that works with your schedule to investigate.
THE NIGHT OF YOUR INVESTIGATION:
Investigations usually begin shortly before nightfall. This may vary
depending on time of year. When we arrive, we will do a walk-through of
the area. This will give you a chance to share your experiences room by
room, and gives us an idea of where to set up our equipment. We
will then go over some basic paperwork. All of our investigators sign a
waiver stating if any injury or damage to our equipment (as well as your
belongings) is done while on the property that WE are responsible for
it. We have Public Liability Insurance which covers this.
Once this is done, we will begin setting up. Investigations last
anywhere from a couple of hours to the entire night and we will need a
quiet, dark, environment. We do not expect you to leave your home or
business during the investigation, but it is optional if you would like
to.
We do not provoke or antagonise during our investigations. This is
out of respect for you and your home or business.
AFTER THE INVESTIGATION:
After the investigation, we will need some time to review our
evidence. This can take up to two weeks, depending how much time was
recorded. Once we are done reviewing, we will contact you to go over
our conclusions. If we do feel that an entity is present, we will
schedule a time to meet with you to discuss it. Please understand that
ghosts do not perform on command and it is sometimes necessary to
perform more than one investigation.
